    Your coach also modifies the training to suit your needs and abilities, so you’ll never feel lost.

    Choose from our four Semi-Private Personal Training sessions:

    • Olympic Weightlifting

    Each session is capped at 4 people so personal coaching and connection with your coach is guaranteed.

    SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING INVESTMENT FROM $44 PER WEEK

  • ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

    Train with us from anywhere in the world (with internet access 😜). 

    Remote training gives the comfort of training wherever and whenever you choose, with access to your supportive, inclusive coaching. 

    We’ll make sure you stay on track to meet your goals. 

    Remote personal training programming options range from gentle movement to heavy lifting. Your workout plan is designed to get you where you want to be.

    REMOTE TRAINING INVESTMENT FROM $66 PER WEEK

Before you start any of our programs, you get a FREE 30-minute chat.

We’ll discuss why you want to work with us, your background (trauma or training), and your specific needs and goals.
Then we’ll develop a personal training schedule and program for you.

Choose from face-to-face or online - whichever works best for you! (It’s just another way we put your needs above all else 🙂)

At Better With Sarah, we don’t do cookie-cutter approaches.

All of our personal training programs have subscription or casual payment options.

When you’re keen to commit to training with us regularly, we’ll create an individualised membership for you, covering everything you need to reach your training goal.
